I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and efficient. To my surprise, they even sent Arabic coffee and fruit to my room as a gesture of hospitality. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect. It was conveniently near a mall, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. The hotel's facilities, including the large swimming pool, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Another unique feature was the 24-hour support service available on WhatsApp. This was the first time I've encountered such a convenient service, and the staff, particularly Abdullah Shehri, were incredibly helpful and responsive.
